RSCSD is acronym for “Roundtable Support for Community Self-Development”. It is a business and development solutions marketplace platform targeted at Nigeria’s Niger Delta rural communities. In 2008, the government of Rivers State adopted RSCSD and customized it on a Rivers State scale as the “Rivers State Stakeholders Conference for Sustainable Development”.
